Email is the best way to reach me. It comes to the practice directly and I answer it myself, so you are not writing to an office. If you would rather speak to somebody, there are two numbers below: the practice landline for booking an appointment, and my mobile if you want me directly.

Email reaches the practice directly. It does not go through this website and this website does not store it. The privacy notice explains how we handle it and how long we keep it.
If you are asking about an appointment or about care, please keep your first email brief and leave out detailed medical information. Ordinary email is not a secure way to send it, and we will ask you for anything clinical we need when we reply.
Email and telephone are not monitored continuously and are not for urgent problems. If you have symptoms that need attention now, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
What to put in it
Four different things reach me at that address. Saying which one you are in the first line saves us both an email.
- An appointment, or a question about care. What is going on, roughly how long it has been going on, and what you have already tried.
- An invitation to speak or teach. Who the audience is, what you want them to leave with, and roughly when.
- Working together on your practice. What is not working, and how long it has been that way.
- Training in the Elaris Method. Say so and I will tell you honestly where it has got to. It is still in development and there is nothing to buy.
I read these myself and I answer them myself. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
If you have not worked out what you are asking about yet, why pain persists and working with practice owners are the two halves of the work.
